Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders with orders over $150 receiving free shipping.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from Adelaide, South Australia after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.
Please allow 4-10 business days of items to arrive as there can be significant delays due to COVID-19.
Express Shipping:
We offer express shipping for all orders for $15.00 if selected at time of checkout. Orders will be dispatched the next business day from Adelaide, South Australia.
Please allows 1 to 3 business days. This is an estimate only and does NOT guarantee delivery dates as there can be significant delays due to COVID-19.
Custom orders are not eligible for express shipping. Please contact us on hello@hooraytoday.com to discuss your custom order.
Tracking:
Details regarding your shipping tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don't receive this please reach out to us.

Where do you ship:
We ship Australia-wide only.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times.
Transit times are provided by the courier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.

Returns
We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do too! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded. Custom Orders cannot be returned.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable. Please note that Hooray Boxes are sold as one unit and items from the box can not be returned separately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hooraytoday.com with your return reason. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorisation number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorisation number.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.
